Each individual may hold only one registered account on TZ888. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any winnings derived therefrom.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is true, accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, withholding of funds and potential referral to relevant authorities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You must notify TZ888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. TZ888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
TZ888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. You may be required to submit documentation at the time of registration, prior to first withdrawal or at any other time TZ888 deems necessary for compliance purposes. Accepted documents typically include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
Your TZ888 account is strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Platform for any professional gambling operation, commercial betting service, or on behalf of any third party.
TZ888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicence, resell, distribute, copy, reverse-engineer or otherwise commercially exploit the Platform.
You are responsible for ensuring your device, browser and internet connection meet the technical requirements for Platform access. TZ888 is not responsible for connectivity issues, data charges or device performance on your end. The Platform is optimized for modern mobile devices and current browser versions.
While TZ888 aims to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, updates, server issues or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. TZ888 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
Deposits may be made using payment methods available in the TZ888 cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. You should always verify the current methods, applicable minimums, maximums and any associated fees in the cashier before transacting. Familiar payment services used in Pakistan — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced for contextual purposes only. These providers do not endorse TZ888 and their availability as deposit methods must be confirmed in the cashier.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. TZ888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and may range from same-day to several business days. TZ888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. Withdrawal requests exceeding defined limits may be processed in multiple instalments. TZ888 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large withdrawal requests.
Transactions may be processed in the currency selected during registration or available in the cashier. Currency conversion fees may apply where applicable. PKR (Pakistani Rupee) availability should be confirmed in the current cashier settings.
TZ888 operates in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. TZ888 reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by law.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered users in accordance with the specific terms attached to each promotion. General eligibility requires a verified account in good standing. TZ888 reserves the right to exclude any user from any promotion at its sole discretion.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are stated clearly in the relevant promotional terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino games, table games and certain other products may contribute at lower rates or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.

TZ888 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to wagers placed after a market has closed, wagers suspected of being placed on the basis of privileged information, or wagers that exceed applicable stake limits.
All odds displayed on TZ888 are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Odds are confirmed at the time of bet placement, not at the time of market browsing. TZ888 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and void bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds.
Bet settlements are determined in accordance with the specific rules for each sport and market type. In the event of a dispute, TZ888's decision on settlement shall be final. Cricket settlements — including PSL, ICC and bilateral series markets — follow the specific cricket betting rules available in the Platform's help section.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, TZ888 reserves the right to void all affected wagers and return stakes to players. No winnings will be paid in respect of wagers affected by technical errors.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on TZ888:

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of TZ888. Unauthorized use may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TZ888, its directors, officers, employees, agents and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure.
TZ888's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit TZ888's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You may close your TZ888 account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be completed and outstanding KYC requirements fulfilled. In such cases, legitimate undisputed balances may be returned subject to the outcome of any investigation.
Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
TZ888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or prominent in-Platform notification, and the revised Terms will be published with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
